If your lender has changed and your lender pays for your insurance
from an escrow/impound account, your policy could be in jeopardy of canceling
for non-payment of premium. This is one of the most common reasons for
cancellation due to non-payment.
This is easy to correct. Please review your policy and if you find

They'll take the information over the phone, contact your lender and request
payment for your insurance.
